About Sharona Schwartz - Founder of Positive Life Transformation

  

Hi, my name is Sharona Schwartz, and I’m a certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, as well as the founder of Positive Life Transformation.


My journey in the health field began at age 15, when I made a simple yet eye-opening discovery: refined sugar can damage your teeth. This was just the beginning of my awareness about how what we eat can impact our health, and it set me on a path to explore how food truly nourishes us.


In my late teens and early 20s, I served in the army, and during that time, I struggled with my weight. Being in an environment where unhealthy food was constantly available and easily accessible, I simply went with the flow. I found myself eating the same junk food as everyone else around me, even though I knew it wasn’t good for my body. The stress of military life, combined with poor food choices, led to weight gain and a growing sense of disconnect from my health.


In an attempt to regain control, I turned to dieting. However, I approached it without any guidance, relying on extreme and unhealthy methods that were unsustainable. Instead of nourishing my body, I was depriving it, and my health continued to suffer. This period taught me a hard lesson—that real health and lasting change don’t come from quick fixes, but from balance, nourishment, and consistency.


Years later, after moving to California, I was struck by something even more profound. I met countless people who were suffering from chronic diseases like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fatty liver, and high blood sugar. It made me wonder, Why is this so common here?


As time passed, I began to realize that many people were unaware of how the food they ate impacted their health. Beyond the food choices, the constant stress many Californians face was also taking a toll on their bodies and minds. I was no exception. I, too, fell victim to unhealthy eating habits and unmanaged stress, which led to my own health challenges.


This was the turning point. I knew I had to make a change. I started to pay more attention to what I ate, returning to the healthier eating habits I had once embraced. I also focused on reducing my stress levels.


As I began to see positive changes in my life, something amazing happened. The people around me began to notice. They asked questions about how I was feeling better, and many even started adopting healthier eating habits themselves. It felt incredibly fulfilling to inspire others, and it became clear to me that helping people feel better, both physically and mentally, was my true calling.


In 2018, I took the next step and earned my certification in Nutrition. I also continued my education to become a certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, learning the techniques to reduce stress, cultivate a positive mindset, and nourish the body and soul. Over the past seven years, I’ve been able to guide many women toward healthier lifestyles, helping them feel better, lose weight, and reduce stress.


Today, I offer a range of personalized coaching services tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you want to lose weight, reduce cholesterol and blood pressure, or learn the right foods for your body, I’m here to help.

  • Cleansing Programs: Detoxify your body and reset your system with cleansing programs designed to refresh and renew your body.


Through all of my coaching, I focus not only on nutrition but also on mindset, stress management, and lifestyle changes that create lasting transformation.
